Default do i need coolant flush??

make story short, I found out that there is some black stuff(like oil or something) in my coolant. I went to car shop and ask then what are those black stuff and do i need coolant flush, they told me that they have no idea what those are and it may leak after flush... my question is is anyone know what are those black stuff?? Should I just let them flush my coolant??If I leave those dirty stuff in my overflow bottle, will those dirty stuff damage my car or engine maybe? I go to mountain alot, every time I stop and try to let the engine cool down , I can hear the crazy bubbling sound from the overflow bottle. Help me out please

there should'nt be any blak stuff in it . Is it solid black stuff . or liquidy?
also your collant boils over but doesnt over heat ? might have to also change your cap, not pressurizing the cooling system
