Wouldn't it be the same filter for the domestic SR20 that came in the 200SX and such?

head to nissan and get filters for a 91 sentra se-r. thats what i do. if its a RWD and you didnt leave off that intake manifold bracket when you put the motor in, be prepared to remove the alternator to get the filter out. i was in for a big surprise when i did my first oil change

No you can leave the alt bracket on, just remove the alternator ( i take the belt off and loosen mine and slide it out enough to get the filter out)

or there is a bracket on the intake manifold to the block u can take off and slide it out through the back.

Make sure it's on snug too...a few members on here can vouch for them coming loose or even disapearing

what the hell are you guys smoking? i do regular oil changes with both the alternator and the manifold brace in there and haven't ever had an issue getting to it.

edit: don't use PureOne oil filters, for some reason they don't fit (they fall off). Mobil1 or Nissan work great
