Default my new project under way

bought a 89 gtu rx7 from my brother in law 500 dollars.......bad thing yes there is a catch the back end was like gnjthjkhbiuerhyt crushed in lol

bought a 91 rx7 clean body or well its not perfect but a lot better shape than the 89.....bought it for 500 dollars lol both have WORKING engines and yes there is another catch to it the 91 rx7 didnt have a battery (fixed) missing an arm for the belt ( use the one of the 89 to fix that) has no exhaust what so ever (fixing that right now lol hehe) back driver side tire leaks ( gonna convert all tires and rubber to the 91 so solves that) missing some int pieces ( use some int off the 89 to fix that).just replaced the spark plugs, and oil changed

question? on the 91 it starts up but it kinda seems like it doesnt get enough spark going on sometimes it like barely cranks..it always cranks but what would cause that? it stutters when u mash the gas too.....could it be like really bad out of time or something causeing it to not rev smoothly

any help would be cool hell if you live close by and wanna check it out gimma a call 678-986-5586.name drew or know of any good rx7 shops around/close to cartersville limma know

Do a compression check before you do anything to the car. You might need to rebuild that motor.

I'm not familiar with Mazdas of that age but it also sounds like a MAF if they had them.
