The 2.0 is kind of torquey in those cars, but they really aren't worth modding since there are so many other cars in that price range that will give you better results for the money.

honestly, you should give it up. Take the money used to boost the lancer and invest in some common sense..
Are we talking regular Lancer or Ralliart? The Ralliart isn't a 2.0 it is a 2.4 with 160 ft/lb torque stock. I have seen boosted Ralliarts with around 220-240 ft/lb of torque that were decently quick. Sure, a Honda can have more horsepower dollar for dollar most likely but I bet it wouldn't have as much torque.

RRM claimed the fastest turbo lancer in the US @ what? 12.8? thats about as fast as VR-4 boy up there right? but hmmm.... a shop that specializes in the lancer of sorts, and can only pull a time like that? how much do we think that one cost them? what would it cost a regular consumer? lets see, my car for sale is 5.8k (disregard the auto). turbo kit is 4k and comes with a small ass turbo. pistons 600, rods 400, cam 260 (needs AFRC, FPR another 500), long story short.... buy an evo!!!!!!

turbo lancers beat wrxs
turbo ralliarts can beat evos
for autocross and boosting, id go with the ripp mods supercharger
for turbo or any other parts for the lancers, visit roadracemotorsports.com, visionimports.com, rpw.com.au (<-- all the lancer info you really need)
