damn you can afford to buy a swap but you cant afford to respond to a PM.you are wack.
later, M.B.
depends on the condition of the parts you're getting and who's doing the install.

you can find all the parts ya self and jus pay labor
I got dinner to goto.
a dohc ka24de shouldn't be more than 150, 250 tops. I've known many that have found some lying round for $75.. but, definitley not nearly as much as you stated.
Please tell me if you think my car looks good. But don't tell me if you think it's ugly - only on IA

yea i jus want to make sure i have all tha parts so i can just get it and have someone install it for me. i didnt want to pay 1850 for a ka and labor.
altho when you swap tha endine to a DOHC from a single i need to get tha gears switched or something like that?
With that money you could just get an sr20 but if you really want to stick with the ka24 you should get an engine from and s14 then get the s13 cams. Franko from autofab told me that the s14 engins get power from their ecus and s13 engines get power from their cams. Thats what he did and it works great.

1st you need to decide if you are gonna have this car forever or not. That's the thing that every1 is forgetting. Once you make this mod, it's a lifelong problem child or expect to take a big loss if you ever sell it. How often are you racing, how often do you WANT to race, etc. If you just want a decent car w/ decent power screw the swap, and just go full bolt ons and a 50 shot to keep you happy. Ya know?
