If you are planning on getting paint soon, i wouldnt advise to prime it yourself. Spend the extra money and get it done right the first time.

just let the body shop do that. If you miss a spot or dont do it right the paint wont stick and will chip off

Yeah I agree with BPD if you've never done that sort of thing before and care about the quality of the job let the paint shop do it.

no major body work needed just some little dings here and there. i want the jams, under hood, & under trunk. engine bay can wait till the D comes out. would have front and rear lips to paint. want the oem sides skirts painted also. maybe shave the antenna, and trunk keyhole.

You more than likely looking at around 1400 or so I'd say. but then again prices do very from shop to shop.

i thought paint had diffrent prices so depending on what kind of paint you got, would make the overall finished paint job cost more or less depending on what type of paint?
as in candy apple red being more than milano red

oh ok.....the price up there is for OEM paint colors.....so just minuus the paint cost from 1400 or 1700 and add in watever the price is for special paint like candy or chamelion
