It all depends, but mostly its a state of mind. If you're racing vettes, vipers and shit claiming to have beaten them when you only have I/E, then you're a ricer. Some people may think Halo's are rice, others not.

Altezzas are pretty badass if you do the right stuff. They can get well over 700 hp if you turbo it. The Castrol Supra uses a 3sgte and it has 800 hp. And also, mufflers are rice if it's not a full exhaust.Quote:
