well d series vtec or not is slow as shit to me theres a d15 wich is non vtec and a d16 that is vtec and both to me is slow!
i have a b18a wich is a ls motor its ok but better than d's and more potenchal, what i would have gotten if i had more money is a b18c i think thats it is but its the gsr motor little more than the ls swap but more HP!
with your b16 i would deffenetly put d series out of your mind!
and for the 1/4 mile i dont know i would think if you want upgrade to the gsr but dont go down to an ls or d's
dont know that much but i think thats rite, ppl feel free to corect me!

well the d series comes in civics and even with vtec is very weak. B series hands down is the way to go. You could build your b16 but if you want to do a swap, a classic good swap is a b18c1, gsr integra, 1994-2001 enigne, dc2 chassis code. Grab that engine and ys1 tranny, and you should be set. With a set of cams, little head work, tuning and all the bolt ons and that motor will put out well over 200hp and you will be on your way.

Dont even bother with D's Rick, B's are far better. D's=SOHC smaller displacement engine (1.5-1.7). B= DOHC larger disp (1.6-2.0)

You should come check out my car Id be happy to give you a ride. B series hatch

This isnt like womens breasts, the larger letter doesnt mean better.
