    Question Whats a good exhaust my jetta?

    I just want something to give me some performance and replace that rusty-coroded from Ohio road salt pre-muffler and muffler I have. How is the techtonics? This isn't my only car so I'm not really up to speed on the whole vw thing so somebody plz help..

    Personally exhaust are some of the biggest waste of $$$ to me atleast... i would just do a custom 2.5-3" cat back to a single flo master muffler makes good sound and does the job for under 200$

    i have that done and i made like 3-5whp & 11lbs or you can pay 500+$ for some other setup to yeild the same or less power... let me know if you need a place to take it have a great exhaust shop.

    * i would recommend the TT dp and hi-flo cat though (you don't want to play around w/ cheap dp)

    I agree w/ Paul. I did 2.5" pipe, and a Nopi universal muffler w/ cool look, and made power. Turbo cars are easy. The great exhaust debate is 2.5" or 3" piping.
    I vote 2.5" after a 3" DP on K03, K03s and K04 snails btw!

    magna flow has cheap shit. Go to Merlins in alpharetta or roswell and the can make a custom 2.5" cb w/ magna flow muffler for under 200 i beleave

    techtonics....i love the sound my TT exhaust.Not what I would call loud, but not quiet. Really wails when you get on it, but I can drive in the wee hours without causing problems for the neighbors.
    but if i could do it all over again, i would get a DP from ATP and Remus muffler...save some money

    i had the tt on my jetta and it was real nice for the price think i paid like 300 shipped it was 2 1/2 TB, and it sounded great... now i have a GHL 3" turbo back and it is so fucking loud(not honda loud) i cant even hear my turbo spool from in side the car, has no cats or res if you want cheap get TT
