    Default weird tranny problem

I currently have the DC sports short shifter on my accord and i've noticed sometimes i can't get in reverse. It either takes two tries or i have to put it into first and move a little, then it will go in reverse. What could be the issue? Is it a worn synchro. Also when im taking off, its like the car juggles causin the whole front end to shake.
