Default Battery Relocation & Atlanta Dragway

Thinking about relocating my battery to the hatch area (to create a more permanent home for my coolant reservoir). I know it's required to be NHRA legal, but does commerce tech require a cutoff switch? I don't really want to have that shit on the outside (or inside) of my car for the 1-2 times a year I hit the track. Thoughts? Experiences?

Looking at this for the box... Moroso : Category Display

Yes it's required. And yes they do check! Go to Harbor freight that have a cheap one that's easy to install and unistall after a track event. Also make sure it's in a box and tied down.

Make your own box go to home depot and get some flat metal and
Some L shaped metal. And then some screws and put toghter. Very easy and cheaper

Removable switch you can get at harbor freight. As far as box make your own and paint it.
Will look juat as clean as the other ones.
