So i bought a 94 ex coupe had a door sag ok worn hinges no issue took hinges off to take a look and found this.. there were no threads in the body.. can i weld the hinge to the body or what

You can... But you would have to be extremely lucky to get it to line up properly since a weld is non adjustable. You'd be better off to buy or borrow a tapping kit and tap the holes for the hinges and bolt it on that way.Originally Posted by king\^5^/
And if you dont trust the tapping, just tap it and make sure it's lined up and working then weld the hinges
