nitrogen i nice i had it 4 myself but remember if a tire goes flat u cant just go 2 qt 2 fill up. it will throw ur balance off

qt has about 78.09% nitrogen at there pumps..

Sorry to post this mundane question here, but I need help! I have to do a 1 hour Software Best Practices Training for some programmers in my company.
