    Default M20 Turbo...?

    well, i am looking to turbo my e30... it has the M20 (2.5 inline 6) and i cant find anything anywhere that has a turbo system... i heard they were hard to find but come on! Is there anyone out there that knows where i can find one or at least know where i can get some parts to put it together? thanks guys!

    make yer own kit. honestly its not that hard. Modest turbo(nice old school t3 should do it), FMU, piping/custom mani, Recirc valve, RRFPR, Vacuum hose, oil lines, coolant lines, silicone pipe connections, small SMIC (TMIC would be unique, and more responsive), a fuel pressure gauge for cheap tuning and done. its a bit more complicated than that but not much. ive seen and helped GRM (grass roots motorsports) challengers make these on all kinds of cars for well under $1k. one on my freinds miata was like $250 running (1.8bp with a non ball bearing t25 running 8psi making well over 200whp!

    I don't know if you are still looking at a turbo setup. But I have a friend that has a turbo 525i (m20) and a turbo 325is (m50). I think he is putting down close to 350whp with the M20 and about the same with the M50.
