Okay, I got it running normally...(intercooler piping was off, i'm a retard.) now it's smoking blue smoke, what can it be? I put seamfoam in the vaccum lines, cleaned it up, no leaks, etc. brand new spark plugs too.

stock turbo? have the rings been replaced? any oil in the ic pipe?
