Default 99 honda civic em1 is jerking and sluggish...

my car is running like shit.
once is it to normal operating temp its starts acting up.
its basically jerking like crazy and super sluggish. i replaced the tps and iacv.
i did a cel test a advance auto and it said air idle malfunction. do i need a new cap and rotor? i replaced those about a year ago. could my cat be bad? its only a year old. but i recently i had to replace my upstream o2 sensor also. idk.

    suggestions?

Could be cat, and check transmission fluid. Actually look in the catch can, and/or drain the fluid out and check for flakes.

idle malfunction, where do you live because i have a twin for taking notes. have you messed with the throttle cable? take the fill plug off the tranny and put your finger in and fluid should be right under the hole. i have a link to a free repair manual for our cars if you need it for troubleshooting.
