    da integra is reving at 1500 rpm what shall i do?

    need more info, first thing I would do is make sure the throttle cable is ok. Is this a steady 1500 rpm's ? Or is it surging up and down ?

    lower the idle or could be the PCV valve

    take of your intake, and make sure your throttle plate is closing all the way.
