Default Anyone know a shop with drill press that can open up the bore on wheels?

I have a friend in the Miata scene that has offered me a set of OEM 94-97 14x6 Hollow Spoke wheels so that I can use them on my EF hatch. From the research I've done they work great on the CRX/EF models with the extra width. The only problem is that the bore apparently needs to opened up a bit. I found this info on honda-tech regarding the wheels.

"the bore just needs to be opened up (you can use a hole saw on a drill press) or just use a spacer."

I'd rather not use a spacer if I don't have to. Does anyone know of a shop with a press that could get this done?
