A/C AND P/S Question!!
Hey my mechanic said i will need to pay him 200 extra if i wanted to keep my a/c and p/s.... can any one give me some info about why i would have to pay 200 extra for labour just for that. i provided the manifold every thing and im just wondering if its fair or not since im new to this... thanks in advance guys!!
i assume your talking about getting a swap or turbo done and wanting to keep the ac and power steering correct? what motor in what car?

the only thing that comes to mind would be a slim fan might be needed.
just because a manifold is a/c compatable doesnt mean it works with oem equipment

put the turbo kit on your self, its just bolts/clamps/screws
just reinstall it yourself. PC and AC isnt hard to put back in. but what kind of shop would charge you more to KEEP ac and ps if you have an AC compatible manifold?
a ripoff shop would diff charge you.
turbo piping can be bent. SO BEN THEM!
