    Default ***V DUB PPL I NEED HELP***

    ok check it out i have a 98 vw jetta. i have a pair of 17 i want to put on it the tires on them are 225/45/17. on thge front the tires hit the shocks. but when i put spacers there then the lug is too short is there any other option i can do without buying another set of tires?

    there isnt really a way around it,
    1- new smaller tire
    2- trim the tire
    3- lift the car more
    4-smaller wheels
    5- if you like the tires that much, change your spindle to one with longer lug
