NAPA battery warranties - the reality
A friend of mine got a battery from his car in December 2008. Battery went dead this week. Took it to NAPA on Peachtree Ind Blvd., and was informed that by the manager that they won't warranty their own NAPA batteries. I would suggest that you avoid purchasing a battery from them. I definitely will not purchase anything from them anymore if I think that I might need to use the warranty.

we used to take back batteries all the time at the napa i worked at,thats gay.

He rambled something about he has no way to pull it up in their system, and wouldn't swap it out - even though it is only 1 yr 3 months old, obviously bad, and should still be well within warranty. I'm just glad that I don't have any NAPA batteries.
