b16 water pump on gsr block?

ive been searching the web to find whether i can find the answer but everywhere i look no one seems to give a straight up answer.

my question is can i use a b16 water pump on my gsr?

any input would be helpful.

Yes if you buy a water pump from Honda for a B16 (99-00) SI model they will sell you one stamped
P72, AKA (GSR). Hope this helps

You can always cross reference the OEM part numbers, fyi.

Yea I looked up both part numbers but on 1 sight they were the same but it said the SI pump was cheaper than the GSR pump, both having the same numbers so I just wanted to be 100% before I buy 1. And yes it goin to be a new OEM 1. Would dare put a used 1 on.
