Default Parts delivery (not sure where to post this)

I ordered a part (small). It was delivered on Feb 8th, my mom signed for it and "missplaced" it. I didn't realize it had even been delivered until recently when I finally got the tracking number from the seller. It was sent by USPS, I paid through paypal and it came from china. Can I get USPS to give me my money back since they let someone besides me sign for it?

no, it was delivered to your address and signed for by a member of your household. your mom took possession of the package when she signed for it, sue her.
