    Default teggy question

Ok so ever since I got my integra it leaks water through the hatch I think. When it rains non stop all day the part where my spare goes gets water and the passenger side of the floor gets wet also. I have checked the seals on my hatch and I don't see nothin wrong.so idk... has anybody had a similar problem to this? If so let me kno what I can do?

It could be many things. Take your tail lights out anyway, if they have water in them. Run a bead of silicone on the housing, then re-apply the gasket. Then, run a thick bead of silicone (clear) on the outside gasket, and re-install the tail-lights carefully. Allow the silicone to cure.

Also, check your sunroof drain tubes. make sure they are sealed properly. And if you have an antenna, check the drain hose on that as well.

    Click links for more info:
this is how you can seal the tail light on the outside. You should still take them out and seal the gasket to the housing, and outside part of the gasket to the car body.

Most likely the seal aroung your taillights or the taillight gaskets. That's what happened with my old Integra.

the hatch seal could be leaking for sure where you are describing. if the passenger floor get wet the sunroof liner may be gone. i know there is an a/c drainage tube on certain cars in the passenger floorboard, and the previous poster is rright about sunroof drainage holes that do get clogged/
