    Default dpfi to mpfi dizzy question

    i have a 4dr ef 0bd0 i had a dual point d15b2 i put a y7 head on it and intake mani. i found a forum that told me what to do with the ecu pins, but they also told me i have to use a si dizzy or i have to change the wire plugs out and i dont have money so i wanna straight wire it but i need to know what wires to match up when i cut the harness plugs...

    You will have to have the SI dizzy and you will run the blue/green wire from the dizzy to pin C1 and the blue/yellow wire to pin C2. I am assuming you know about moving the other pins and adding the 2 other injector wires.

    yea got all that i was just told that i could switch the wires around and not use a si dizzy....^^^thanx

    You have to have the SI dizzy because the DPFI dizzy does not have the CKP sensor in it. The DPFI dizzy only has two sensors in it and you need all three to run MPFI. And if you are staying OBD0 then you can only use the SI dizzy.
