I'm starting to build a 94 s10 and I'm looking for a good online shop or somewhere to get parts and some advice where to start. I'm not looking to bag it just yet but plan to in the future. Right now just a drop and some shaving and rims.

www.suicidedoors.com the absolute best shop on the planet for your mini truck needs...
also, belltech makes the best suspension parts when it comes to dropping your truck, suspension is something you want to go ahead and spend the money on to do the job right. If you do plan on bagging it later, the spindles and control arms will still be used so I would look to try and use those to drop the front and you can get some blocks for the back that wont set you back too much...
moonshine customs in winder,ga they can help ya
www.moonshinecustoms.com
summit has pretty good prices on suspension parts. i bought all the stuff for my blazer from them.
dont cheap out, buy some nitro2 drop shocks, its worth it.
summit is good, you are correct chad...
What's the average price for a 3 inch drop? And I was told all I need is coils and blocks to drop it but this doesn't seem right to me. I'm new to lowering trucks, I've only been around lifted ones and that's the only truck suspension knowledge I have.
they sit higher in the rear about an inch FYI. you can use blocks in the rear without drop shocks but i would make sure they are in good condition. for the front i highly suggest drop shocks with the springs.
reason why its that way is blocks dont drop the truck, it pushing the suspension up in truck.
i would jus go ahead an bag it! save up enough to get all the parts and jus go ahead and bag it!! ur gonna want it lower so as ya go low so might as well bag it and lay frame with it!! then later cut it up and body drop da bitch! lol you'll get da bug jus like the rest of us who modified anything on wheels!!! lol
That's what I was told to do and what I will most likely do. The thing that is keeping from doing it right away is the truck sitting uneven. That is something that really bothers me. The truck isn't my DD so I'm not in a rush to get it finished so right now I'm more focused on learning more about what's good and bad with suspension.
ah fuck
forgive me, im running on very little sleep
well that truck was dropped 4 in the front and 4.75-ish in the rear.
look into spindals + springs for the front and blocks for the rear and look up "how to pull a real leaf" on s10forum or google.
Well then I might be looking into a 4 inch kit then. I guess i should go measure and see where I want it to sit.
suicidedoors.com, fbimini.com. the only to online places I buy from. I prefer fbi though. Can't go wrong with either.
Does anyone have a 3/4or 4/5 lowering kit that they would recommend?
A friend showed me this one http://www.gcustoms.com/8203-s10sono...4-p-29689.html
and another friend said just get one from auto zone but I'm not sure about either
DJM and Belltech are the only way to go. Halfass Chinese crap will only cause you headaches down the road. If you do it right, it will also handle and ride well.
