Default Cold Start Up Issue Del Sol Content

Not a terrible issue right now, but whenever I do a cold start up, the motor revs up and down around the normal cold start RPM's. It doesn't just sit there like normal. I'm not throwing a code, so I'm assuming that it could be an IACV problem.

I was just wondering if others came to the same conclusion as me.

If there is anymore info you guys need, just lmk.

check out the fast idle thermo valve under the throttle body, since it is only doing it when it's cold that is the part that controls airflow until it reaches normal temp and the ecu come out of closed loop mode and the IACV starts to do it's job. there is a plunger in there that you heat up and if there is no movement then its bad i think if i remember correctly.
