    Default A6 VS Z6 QUESTION

    CURRENT SETUP:
    JDM D15B (BORED .30 W/ 12:5:1 PISTONS) A6 HEAD.

    GOAL: 150WHP

    QUESTION: Z6 HEAD SWAP OR UPGRADE CAM/SPRINGS/RETAINERS/TUNE AND REV THE SHIT OUT OF THE A6?

    I would've kept the stock D15B head, shit hits VTEC HARD! But go with the z6

    It was a jdm d15b outta the 88-91 civic = no vtec sir

    That's what I was thinkin then someone brought it to my attention that with the z6 head my cp will probably be too high for pump gas...

    Aww, that sucks. The other JDM d15b was bad ass. I loved driving those things. You can hear the crossover clearly.

    why would you build a d15 for all motor anyway ?

    i didnt... it was like that when i recieved the car so im tryin to make a little extra power without having to back track and change all the work the previous owner did.
