    Default Green Gasoline?

I had some gasoline that's been sitting in a little red tank for quite a while, and I was about to pour some off into my car but I noticed it was pretty dark. I poured it into an old milk jug and it's all green colored.

    What's up with that?

It's definitely not coolant. It's got the gasoline smell...and it's a very dark green.

I know it's not diesel or anything because we used it for our lawnmower...it's just been sitting for a long time.

I've NEVER seen gas just turn green. There is something in it making it green.

the dye used to color the tank red mixed with the gasoline, and therefore turned it green.

happens to me all the time.
