Maybe the fog light was designed to last until the bulb goes on & NEVER again ..

he saying like a manufacture only bulb...like one THEIR (the foglight company) made for THEIR foglights, nothing you can buy at a store. you see it a lot with chinese products.

it looks a lot like an H3 bulb, another common foglight bulb...if the bases (metal portion) are the same you may be able to get one to work??

    good luck!

if that is a koito bulb then you can use the h7 bulbs in it's place. the h7 are made for headlights, but shares the same base and connectors as that one. the one you have is that mdm (mexican domestic market) shit

if the H7 lights up, than u may need to still do some custom stuff gettin it to stay in the foglight housing, H7 has a bigger outer diameter! than the H3/H3C

their H3C, its like a H1 and a H7 bulb fused togheter. lol u can get a H3 and solder a ground to it's base and plug it in the additional plug (H3 bulbs only has one wire) it's ground is usually the base in the inside of the foglight housing..

or just buy some right ones
