Default 1993 Honda Accord knock question

Yesterday the motor in my accord started knocking. Its not a full out knock though. It will only knock if its over 2k and its really not that bad but its still a knock. Do any of yall think that if I took the oil pan off and replaced the bearings in it, it would be ok? The motor is a f22a6 and its got about ~230k on it. I'd really like to try and keep it because the body and the interior is pretty fuckin nice. Appreciate any help.

It might not be a "rod" knock, it could be a wrist pin, or even the top end.. But regardless I would just find another one....
