Dash wont light up

I was just wondering if anybody could let me know what a possible solution would be if your dash lights wont come on and every fuse you put in the car pops before even trying to turn on the lights. Im having this problem in my 2000 Integra GS. Any info will be much appreciated.

Short to ground somewhere

But sounds like you have a short in the wiring somewhere......

Your eiring is being grounded before the power is used so the amps hit that fuse and will pop everytime.
