camshaft problem

I have a question I have a b18 ls motor. The problem I am having is that on one of the journals of my camshaft is scored. It is not scored badly just a little one. But what I want to know is that if I use a new cylinder head can I get the camshaft fixed and reuse it.

What kinda cam is it? and post some pix.

It's really not a good idea to get cams machines cause it makes them uneven I would replace it with a new one you should be able to pick up LS cams cheap.
