    Default 96 eclipse obd2 plug not working

    yeahh you read it right , my boy just bought a 96 eclipse last friday we were driving earlier today and the check engine light came on so we stopped in at autozone and the obd plug wasn't working, how can i go about fixing that problem ? checked all fuses everything was good but didnt specificly find the fuse spot for the plug dk if there is one or not but some help would be great so we can get the car legit thanks

    double check cig lighter fuse.

    Correct but NOT every car uses this fuse for the DLC....

    On this car I had many problems it being the fuse, and a few being the ECU

    Does your radio work? If not check that fuse

    yeah when he bought the car the radio didnt work, tried to put in a new radio and still no power, i checked the cig and radio fuses yesterday but they were as good as new but i will probably check them again just to be certain thanks for the info so far anymore would be awesome

    if they are not blown you have some electrical issues, or the radio fuse has another power source in another fuse
