For the Idle, try cleaning and tighten up the FIT Valve. And see how it idles.
For the sputtering, try swapping out 2 different harness(they looks a like) to see if they are backwards. Should be the map and tps sensor on the throttle body and you can try the IACV and IAT plugs.
you know this already, are there any CELs?

harness has NOT been messed with soo i know the wires are NOT messep up..
yeah both are map sensor,codes did you hook the wrong connector into the map and crossed with tps???
