Why do you need a battery? Did you replace the bulbs?

^get your battery checked first, it could be your alternator

If you replaced your bulb recently and its still dong this then there is a slight possibiilty the new bulb is bad. Did you touch the actual glass on the bulb when you replaced it? If the high beam works then the HL socket is getting power.

Test the battery and the alternator...Its free they are easy to remove/replace
