    Default TPS? let me know what you think

    was doing a motor swap from a 95 EG hatch and it had D15B7 SOCH 1.5L and put in a 1.5L D15B SOHC Vtec. im not sure what the part is called but i have heard it was Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)? i know its next to the mass air sensor on your intake manafold. Its a sensor i know that but it was a little plug-in on the side. Anyone have any idea what that is called i broke it and need a new one ASAP i cant drive without one. Please let me know what its called and/or if you have what im talking about?

    the TPS is mounted on the throttle body, post a pic. of what you broke...

    yes it is connected on the side.. i dont have a camera until later ill try to find a pic of it online somewhere? but does it sound like is the TPS?

    if its on the side of the throttle body its the TPS, if its on top, its the map sensor. You can buy either one off ebay or, post a thread in the want to buy section here...
