What makes the Whistle noise from the engine on Honda's ?
When i am at low throttle or under load it has a whistle sound from the motor.
My neighbor has a 00 Civic and his does the same thing i mean i can hear his so much more cause its a stock car.

its coming from the intake. If you have a short ram or similar aftermarket brand its even louder...
