if setup right 300hp is no problem. the motor can also be built to handle over 350hp to the wheels N/A. check out bisimoto

bisimoto is the king of SOHC, last time i check he had the fastest all motor sohc. there are quite a bit of cb7 guys that will not swap motors bc of bisimoto. I am planning on doing a sohc next year after i finish my current project.

    check his website out: www.bisimoto.com

They have F23's in the newer accords. But I always wondered the same thing about the F22's they are great motors, heck I believe its one of the only honda motors that actually makes more TQ then HP. I know my F22B1 was rated at 145HP and 147TQ.... It felt faster then any stock B16.... Plus u can bolt in your case an H23 head on it no problem and an H22 trans no problem either, everything is so interchangible.... Look up CD5tuner.com its a great site for accords....

keep in mind the amount of money and shit its gonna take the build a motor like bisi. its not gonna be an easy build and its gonna take a fucking lot of cash to get it to run like his.

but i thought the f22b was the euro-r motor? and the f22a was the sohc accord engine?

there is also a f series build on import tuner. a guy used f23 vtec block, h22 head, k20 type-s pistons, all oem parts and made 248 whp.

well, ill probably run 8psi on oem internals. im not tryin to get like bisi lol. just give the accord a lil extra umph... maybe through a=turbo ccams and possibly turbo pistons and rods. my goal is just 300 hp to the ground. not to greedy i dont think
