do u knwo the reason it wont pass on its own.
He says it has 2 bad sensors that will cost him about 400 to replace them and he doesn't have money and needs to get a tag this month.

Since he doesn't have the money, go to the junk yard and get some used ones. Or..find another galant and jack them.
