Emanage Ultimate- where to mount?

I'm finally swapping to an Emanage Ultimate next month. I've heard they get super hot though, and im trying to figure out where to mount it.

My Idea was under the passanger side dash, where the floor vent will blow directly on it. And then i also planned on attaching a fan used for amplifiers. Can anyone think of a downfall to this? any other ideas of where to mount?

im sure a fan wouldnt be a bad idea.

i had mine mounted under the center of the dash. never got hot.

anywhere you think you might want it! i never heard of one overheating??
but im going full stand alone..
