    Default Car wont turn over?

ok, so i did a swap in my integra. its a 1995 acura integra SE. swapped another 95 LS motor in there. when i was putting the motor back in, the Dizzy had fell to the ground busting the cap. bought a new cap and changed it. Timing is correct. But for some reason, sounds like it wants to crank, but it's not. any idea?

i mean, it wont start. and yes, its in the correct order. at first the timing was out of place, but we fixed that problem. we test the spark plug wire, and there was no spark. but took off the cap to see if it was sending spark, and it was. does it make sense?
