    Default B16a in limp mode?

Alright, help me out please. I havent checked the codes yet, bout to when i get home. In the meantime, just finished 93 b16a in 97 hatch. It has a rywire harness that converts from the engine to obd2a. I tried to plug my single cam obd2a ecu in it after i finshed the swap. It started up and idled perfect, but cant rev it past 2-3k(no tach to really know). I'm guessing it is in limp mode, but why? because im using a single cam ecu on a jdm b16? help please

No they arent crossed. I got codes for rear o2 sensor and idle air control(or bad ecm) and thats it. i think its just in limp mode from using the d16 ecu on a b16
