    How much horsepower dooes this engine really have?My 2000 civic si b16a1 blew up,and I had to settle for a JDM B16a..I have heard various horsepower levels from friends,but would like to know the real answer.

    That's B16A.not D16 or whatever.. Some say it has 160 to the crank,others say 170.Anyone know?

    what year motor is it....i believe they do have 160

    JDM is 170hp if its OBD1+

    OBD0 is 160hp

    But they generally make 135whp stock

    I'm not even sure of the year.I just know it's a JDM B16A..I really wanted to H22 it,but I didn't have enough $$ at the time.
