what color is it...what it smell like
looks a little white and smells like oil. mu buddies car does the same when he slows done he thinks its the head gasket but i had 195 across
If it does it when you use the motor to slow down (pull lots of vac) then it may be your valve stem seals. If it does it at idle also it could be your turbo seals. Do you have a restrictor in the turbo. Also, you can pull the down pipe to see if it is wet inside, then pull the manifold and see if the exhaust runners are wet. This will help tell if it is turbo or motor.

x2 sounds like valve stem seals. Turbo seals will usually smoke constantly.Originally Posted by Main Stream

the piping has no wet stuff in it. i have a sc61 turbo and it does not have a restrictor. ut never did it on my other motor and it doesnt smoke at all at idle... how can i tell if its valve stream seals and is there away to change them without taking the head on if its them
how hard is it to change them?dont feel like ordering a new head gasket lol.
You can charge air into the cylinder, to hold the valve closed and do them one at a time.Originally Posted by JDMteg08
