Default SUSPENSION TECH 101: What's your preferred coilover setup/damping setting?

Bored at work today and thought this might make for an interesting discussion topic. Just curious to see how exactly you all spend your time in the suspension department (which, next to what's under the hood, is the most important part of car tuning IMO)

Feel free to just fill out the following:

    1. What year/make/model car do you drive?

    2. What brand FULL Coilover/Spring & Strut/Slip on Coilover & Strut are your running?

    3. What is the span of damping adjustability? (softest to hardest if applicable)

    4. What your preferred damping setting? (if applicable)

    5. What spring rates are being utilized? (front and rear)

    6. What other suspension mods are being utilized? (sway bars/strut tower bars/sub-frame braces/pillar bars/tie bars/etc...)

    7. What type of driving do you prefer with your setup? (daily driving/track use/drift/drag/hard parking lol)

    8. What is your choice in ride height? (flat out slammed? moderately lowered? or just a lil drop? approximate drop from stock height... i know for some this will be difficult to measure just do your best)

Also, include a pic if for reference if you'd like.

Feel free to just fill out the following:

    1. 1998 Civic EX

    2. Toda Fightex ST

    3. 12 points bound - 12 points rebound

    4. 8 on both bound and rebound

    5. 22k Front 14k Rear

    6. stock front swaybar,
-no rear sway installed at this time
    -front strut tower bar

    7. Daily Driving usually, circuit track when i get the chance (its been a while - work runs my life) A quick jog through the twisty backroads when i get a chance.

    8. Moderately low is my preferred ride height. A good reference point would be .25" of tire usually (see sig for reference.) Unless I'm feeling like hardparking at a show and then the rim is where the fender is at.

    That is all
