Default Help me figure out what's wrong with my car...

    Car: 1995 Integra LS

I had a bad axle so naturally I changed it....

The car drives better all around and I am pleased with the results.

However when I am coming to a stop starting at around 3-4 MPH the brake pedal starts acting like ABS is coming on...as in the pedal starts going in and out fast and not letting me stop as it would if you slammed on your brakes very hard...and I hear a little electronic buz from under the dash...

All I did was take out the strut fork, and disconnect the upper ball joint to remove axle...

Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
