    Default Need help with swapping my seat rails!

    Ok i have a 1988 honda civic and i am trying to install the seats from a 93 integra ls. I took the rails out the civic easily but the integra is giving me a hard time. Can amyone help me out or tell me if this is even possible.

    its a major pain in the ass, check with the guys in the EF squad section. There is a few guys over there thats done it...

    I always removed the seat pan from the receiving car's seats (IE your civic), then put it in the donor seats (integra) and bolted it all in. It's a honda, so if you take enough stuff apart, eventually you will come across something that's the same lol. The seat pan is the metal dish looking thingie at the bottom of the seat itself. Usually there's little O-ring things holding the seat cushion and fabric to it, and it also connects to the hinge for the seat back. If you're near Athens I can help you sometime next week.

    Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.
