    Default Rebuilt Car Inspection

Alright well i got this car for free. Has a rebuilt title from Tennessee.

When the car is inspected what exactly do they check?
    That is all.

turn signals, brake lights, running lights, headlights, horn. most of all the vin number. i used to buy cars from auctions and i had to have my local pd come out and check it just like that and sign off on the paper so i can get the title put in my name. its the same process. there may or may not be more things they check out. check out the dmv website.

motor dont make a shit. i mean the last i checked they did what i said but laws may have changed. best thing to to do is call up the dmv and ask. tell em you got it with a rebuilt title and see what you have to do to get it titled in your name.

just make sure your blinkers work, horn works, brake light and tail lights work, running lights work, uhhh its just safety shit they inspect to make sure its ready for the road again or whatever. common sense things.
