ok i finally got smart and took my distributor off and took it with me and matched one up and now NO LEAK...........
and thats how you solve the problem with repeat fails, take the part your putting it on, and/or the old part that worked at one time.Originally Posted by boostedb16
well shit, its leaking again.
u sure it's from the distributor? theres a few spots there that it could be either one. that is leaking from.. check like the vtec solinoid, cam seal, & dizzy. put some high temp silicone on .. works out fine with mines

Hopefully there is no scarring around that area that will cut the o-ring up.

Q:Nitrous on stock LS high mileage. Too risky?
A:IMO nos is like steroids and giving steroids to a grandma doesnt sound all that good to me!
how would i check for that? when i put the dist back on. its alittle tight getting back in. i will check the O-ring thats on it for any cuts or rips tomorrow.Originally Posted by DC2NR
Take a dab of hondabond and run it around the distributor where it touches the cam cap- should take care of problem
